My husband Josh and I live in Melbourne’s beautiful bayside area with our two children, Harrison and Elodie.

The experience of becoming parents and the impact it had on our marriage led me to dig deeper into the topics of relationships, work, career and… to ultimately launch The Intime Collective.

Everything I’ve ever turned my mind to has been motivated by love, purpose, and performance.

I want to help people transform their relationships, career and their lives.

Business problems are human problems

By now, after lockdowns and working from home, I think we all understand the importance of meaningful connection with the people around us.

Relationships are core to our wellbeing.

But what many people don’t realise is that cultivating positive relationships is a skill that can be learned and improved over time, just like reading or writing.

Ultimately, personal wellbeing affects professional performance.

WHY TURN TO ME FOR CHANGE GUIDANCE?

Nothing excites me more than new ideas, which means I am constantly learning and looking for different ways of doing things. I am a bit of a change junkie – I never settle for the status quo. 

I have a deep love of learning and have more than 2 decades of experience in:

Psychology, Positive psychology, Relationship science and education, Evidence-based coaching, Team coaching and Behaviour change.

I’m continuously learning: I’ve also completed most of a Master’s degree in IT Project Management and I’m a qualified makeup artist!
