At The Intime Collective, I understand you don’t want to leave your organisation’s change management strategy to chance.
SO YOU’VE GOT TO TAKE CHARGE NOW TO BUILD A STRONGER WORKPLACE.
SO YOU’VE GOT TO TAKE CHARGE NOW TO BUILD A STRONGER WORKPLACE.
I work with organisations who genuinely care about their people.
Because the impact is far greater when we work together.
It’s hard to know where to start. The problem is, many organisations tackle change using tactics that don’t work.
Add to that, many change managers promise to help, but it’s confusing to know who to trust. This leaves you feeling doubtful about any advice and unwilling to commit.
It’s stressful for leaders. It causes uncertainty and worry for teams. People feel demotivated. Tired. Frustrated.
Hi, my name is Louise Gilbert, founder of The Intime Collective. I’m here to guide you: to make sure you know what needs to happen.
You’ll get a proven strategy based on the latest research on what works. In an engaging, customised, and caring way.
I’ll guide you through the change process using a proven plan I’ve successfully used with organisations over the past 2 decades.
Once I know where you’re headed, I’ll make the experience as simple and seamless as possible. I’ll guide you down a clear path to success on your journey.
It’s been found that employers who help employees form strong work and personal relationships build a better workforce.
I’ll help you fortify workplace relationships and give you more chance to transform your organisation.

I show people how to refocus and fortify their relationships. So they feel more connected to the work they’re doing. Feel empowered to deliver that work. And enjoy the process.
Strong relationships help people ride change more smoothly. The result = better business outcomes.

Louise Gilbert, Founder of The Intime Collective and Lead Change Consultant
My husband Josh and I live in Melbourne’s beautiful bayside area with our two children, Harrison and Elodie.
The experience of becoming parents and the impact it had on our marriage led me to dig deeper into the topics of relationships, work, career and… to ultimately launch The Intime Collective.
Everything I’ve ever turned my mind to has been motivated by love, purpose, and performance.
I want to help people transform their relationships, career and their lives.
Business problems are human problems
By now, after lockdowns and working from home, I think we all understand the importance of meaningful connection with the people around us.
Relationships are core to our wellbeing.
But what many people don’t realise is that cultivating positive relationships is a skill that can be learned and improved over time, just like reading or writing.
Ultimately, personal wellbeing affects professional performance.
Nothing excites me more than new ideas, which means I am constantly learning and looking for different ways of doing things. I am a bit of a change junkie – I never settle for the status quo.
I have a deep love of learning and have more than 2 decades of experience in:
Psychology, Positive psychology, Relationship science and education, Evidence-based coaching, Team coaching and Behaviour change.
I’m continuously learning: I’ve also completed most of a Master’s degree in IT Project Management and I’m a qualified makeup artist!
I work with individuals as well as executives, HR professionals and teams from organisations that genuinely care about the growth and wellbeing of their people.
I love helping teams support change, transform, and transition. This work is part of my life and in harmony with who I am.
I treat change with a delicate pair of hands. It’s different for every organisation. That’s why I continuously stay in touch with what people need and take a ground up approach.

Louise’s ability to be able to walk into a room and light it up, generate energy and help people form meaningful relationships is like nothing I have seen before. Louise took a room full of strangers and turned them into friends who now have skills they can implement into their businesses.
Chelsea Deacon, Victorian Business Development Manager, Finsure Finance and Insurance
Louise’s ability to coach people, take them out of their comfort zones and help them focus on the importance of relationships to be successful is second-to-none. The warmth and connection that Louise portrays to her audience is truly genuine and is the key to drawing quieter members out of their shells and share their experiences.
