Want to tour my office too?

Recently, I was asked to give a tour of my home office, and it made me reflect on the importance of creating an environment that aligns with your character strengths and values.

For me, that means incorporating beauty and excellence into my workspace.

But it’s not just about having a visually appealing office:

It’s about creating an environment that’s going to bring out your best.

And that’s what really leads to teams who work brilliantly together and produce the goods.

When people feel connected and aligned with their purpose and team, they’re more likely to:

  • Be clear on their priorities and put the collective priorities ahead of their personal ones
  • Actively seek ways to leverage and expand on the team’s strengths
  • Be more innovative
  • Have a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ask questions because they feel a higher level of psychological safety.

So, I encourage you to take the group health check to see how your team is doing in terms of connection and collaboration.

After you’ve taken the test, let’s schedule a call to chat about the results and explore ways to strengthen the environment your team’s operating in and give it a boost.

Together, we can create a more connected team that delivers the results.
